What you'll do

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and plate salads, desserts, and cold menu items according to recipes and presentation guidelines
• maintain portion control and culinary standards
• monitor food temperatures and cold storage
• follow health and sanitation codes and allergy protocols
• monitor station inventory and report low stock
• coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff
• clean and sanitize the station, tools, and equipment.

Why this role

Fixed weekly schedule: Wednesday and Thursday 3:00 p.m. to close, Friday 2:00 p.m. to close, and Saturday and Sunday noon to close; Monday and Tuesday off. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required. Food Handler and Restaurant Sexual Harassment Training certificates are required within 21 days of hire.
