What you'll do

• Coordinate commercial loan documentation, due diligence, closing checklists, recording dates, funding, and booking.
• Review and process construction draws, disbursements, loan activity notices, and loan payments in accordance with bank policies.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve documentation issues, support relationship managers, and contribute to training junior specialists.
• Help improve operational efficiency, customer service, and compliance.
