What you'll do

• Manage the front desk team’s lead generation, follow-up, and sales process
• book and confirm introductory stretches

• book appointments and follow up with leads and missed introductory classes
• participate in special events as needed
• follow operational procedures and membership goals
• maintain a clean studio.
