IT Project Manager and Scrum Master - Washington, DC

The IT Project Manager and Scrum Master role is hybrid, with two days onsite each week in Washington, DC. Compensation is $70–$80 per hour on W-2. The position is a six-month contract-to-hire opportunity and is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits. The role supports enterprise projects for the client and its IT teams. The role leads project delivery and supports Agile teams by facilitating Scrum practices, managing budgets and vendors, coordinating stakeholders, and helping teams meet sprint goals and deliver quality solutions.

What you'll do

• Manage vendor RFP and SOW processes
• lead enterprise projects
• contribute to Scrum backlogs
• coach teams in Agile and Scrum practices
• facilitate Scrum meetings
• help organize user stories and testing
• manage project budgets and estimates
• manage vendor relationships
• coordinate sprint expectations
• remove impediments
• communicate deliverables and expectations
• provide IT consultation and recommendations
• collaborate across IT.
