Restaurant Assistant General Manager

The Restaurant Assistant General Manager role is onsite in Paducah, KY. Compensation is not specified. The role supports the successful operation, growth, and profitability of an assigned Fazoli’s restaurant. Working with the General Manager, the assistant develops team capability, supports sales and community relationships, and applies management practices that improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain a safe environment. The position is scheduled for 11:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. and other meal periods when the General Manager is off, and must be available during all restaurant operating hours.

What you'll do

• Assist the General Manager with team development, succession planning, performance management, and operational standards
• build community business relationships and support in-house and off-premises sales through approved marketing plans
• help maximize profitability through effective management practices, controls, and systems
• assist with scheduling, orders, and analysis of weekly results
• maintain safety and security policies
• complete required training and certifications, including SERV Safe.

Why this role
