What you'll do

• Maintain grounds and common areas
• vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• clean and stock restrooms
• collect and dispose of trash
• notify managers and maintenance staff about repairs, hazards, or low inventory
• may help prepare units after move-out and before move-in
• assist the maintenance team as needed.
