What you'll do

• Supervise warehouse employees, assign work, set performance goals, and manage performance
• enforce safety policies and promote safety awareness
• train and develop associates
• manage inventory and audit receiving and selection accuracy
• monitor product temperatures and refrigeration operations
• inspect product and maintain cleanliness and pest controls
• enforce PPE, training, wage-hour, OSHA, and food-handling requirements
• oversee shipping and receiving processes and order accuracy
• train employees on warehouse, payroll, and truck-scheduling systems
• build cross-department partnerships.
