CNC Machinist — First Shift

The CNC Machinist role is onsite in Cuyahoga Falls, OH, on first shift. Compensation is $25–$30 per hour. The role supports a manufacturing company specializing in sophisticated packaging machinery. The machinist sets up and operates CNC equipment to produce precision components, inspecting parts and adjusting processes to meet quality and safety requirements. Collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams helps resolve machining issues and support production.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate CNC machines
• perform tooling, workholding, offsets, and tool changes
• read blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T
• make basic CNC program edits
• inspect finished parts with precision measuring equipment
• troubleshoot machining issues
• collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams
• follow quality and safety procedures.
