What you'll do

• Support complex application cloud systems
• analyze and resolve technical problems and system outages
• document incidents and recovery actions
• respond to user hardware and software issues and escalate when needed. Maintain and install computing infrastructure, inventory system assets, support continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with VA standards and security policies. Be available for production-system on-call support as required.
