What you'll do

• Process and code vendor invoices
• manage invoice approvals and vendor records
• process ACH, wire, and check payments
• resolve invoice and payment issues
• monitor aging reports
• perform accounts payable balance sheet reconciliations
• assist with period-end close, audits, and regulatory examinations
• support AP system migration, testing, data validation, workflow design, training, and troubleshooting
• improve processes and maintain policies and controls.
