• Schedule site surveys, inspections, and reviews of inspection reports for adherence to project specifications

• directly supervise construction or installation workers
• enforce safety policies and procedures
• monitor productivity and work quality
• supervise a small group of paraprofessional staff
• prepare daily time and labor reports as needed
