What you'll do

• Manage daily field operations and construction activities
• supervise subcontractors, trade crews, and field personnel
• develop and monitor schedules and address delays
• enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance
• inspect site quality and progress
• coordinate deliveries, equipment, and resources
• interpret blueprints and specifications
• maintain site logs and reports
• collaborate on budgets, change orders, and scheduling
• resolve site issues
• manage punch lists and project closeout.
