What you'll do

• Own mid-market new annual recurring revenue
• drive pipeline generation, progression, and close rates
• maintain forecast accuracy and manage risks
• recruit, onboard, coach, and retain Account Executives
• coach value-led selling and the Challenger methodology
• inspect deals for quality, customer fit, and executive alignment
• partner with Revenue Operations on CRM hygiene, reporting, and pipeline visibility
• lead pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and quarterly performance reviews
• use data to identify coaching needs and scalable practices.
