What you'll do

• Maintain café operations and attend to food and beverage needs
• promptly obtain and prepare orders
• maintain food quality and portion control
• follow menus and obtain supervisor consent for changes
• prepare and serve sandwiches, salads, baked goods, hot cereals, breakfast items, and grilled items
• prepare sufficient quantities on time
• maintain sanitation and safety
• keep café areas clean and orderly
• operate and maintain the cash register and handle café income
• participate in cleaning cooking areas and equipment.
