What you'll do

• Provide direct services in a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and strengths-based manner.
• Complete face-to-face intake and comprehensive assessment.
• Identify treatment needs and develop assessment-driven treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Collaborate with the treatment team and family.
• Maintain regular communication regarding progress.
• Develop and update safety plans.
• Administer suicide risk assessments.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings.
