Health Fitness Specialist — Corporate Fitness

What you'll do

• Assess member health status and provide exercise prescriptions, fitness assessments, and wellness recommendations
• create educational materials
• teach onsite group exercise classes
• supervise the fitness center and answer member questions
• conduct orientations
• implement and participate in programs
• assist with marketing
• maintain positive rapport with members
• supervise or cross-train staff where applicable
• help clean equipment and facility areas as needed.

Why this role

A health-related degree is preferred, as are corporate fitness internship experience and six months to one year of field experience. Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification is required; ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist is preferred.
