Project Manager

What you'll do

• Govern project lifecycles using a project management information control system
• manage customer relationships
• document and communicate project matters
• develop cost projections and subcontractor scopes
• issue purchase orders
• identify and pursue compensation for scope and schedule impacts
• plan labor and track productivity
• forecast costs, revenue, and gross profit
• monitor cash flow and billing
• oversee engineering, commissioning, and subcontractor resources
• manage completion, acceptance, and warranty periods.
