Registered Behavior Technician, Part-Time

The Registered Behavior Technician, Part-Time role is based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, with work in home, school, and community settings and varying schedules. Pay is $21–$23 per hour. Advanced Behavioral Dimensions provides individualized ABA services to people with autism, developmental disabilities, and behavior challenges. The RBT implements behavior support plans designed by a BCBA and provides direct one-to-one ABA therapy. The role contributes to clients’ daily skill development through therapy, data collection, caregiver communication, and collaboration with the clinical team.

What you'll do

• Provide direct ABA therapy in a one-to-one setting
• implement the BCBA’s behavior support plan
• prepare instructional materials
• collect clinical data and complete documentation
• collaborate with team members
• participate in training and staff meetings
• debrief caregivers after sessions
• maintain confidential health information
• complete authorized therapy hours.
