Pediatric Home Service supports medically complex children so they can receive care at home.

What you'll do

• Provide skilled nursing care
• assess and monitor the patient and communicate changes to the care team
• administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
• provide tracheostomy, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed
• document care
• educate and support families
• and follow individualized care plans and safety practices.
