What you'll do

• Oversee sales processes and systems
• manage sales and operational budgets, performance metrics, revenue, ordering, inventory, payroll, cost controls, and facilities maintenance
• coordinate studio events and community outreach
• coach, train, and evaluate staff
• manage hiring and scheduling
• ensure front desk procedures are followed
• and resolve customer service issues.
