What you'll do

• Own U.S. recruiting operations and remote-first onboarding
• process employee changes and maintain personnel files in ADP
• manage offboarding and contractor lifecycle processes for the U.S., Japan, and Europe
• respond to employee inquiries
• administer U.S. benefits and coordinate benefits education and local partners in Japan and Europe
• partner on benefits selection and renewals
• support culture, engagement, recognition, training, and HR events
• coach managers on performance conversations and documentation
• handle first-line U.S. employee relations and escalate issues appropriately
• support performance cycles, accommodations, leaves, and compliance processes.
