It helps the company pursue client and partner opportunities and maintain consistent sales and marketing operations.

What you'll do

• Support the CEO and Director of Strategic Partnerships with research, meeting preparation, and prospect and partner follow-up
• prepare proposals, presentations, pitch decks, and tailored pursuit materials
• track pipeline and partnership activity
• maintain sales and marketing collateral in HubSpot
• document business development processes and train interior designers
• administer HubSpot users, permissions, properties, pipelines, workflows, and integrations
• maintain CRM data and reporting
• manage MSAs, SOWs, and Procurement Proposals through execution
• coordinate marketing calendars, newsletters, social media, website updates, conferences, and third-party marketing partners.
