Field Technician Associate — Broadband Installation

What you'll do

• Install, maintain, and upgrade wireless internet equipment and services
• perform residential and multi-dwelling-unit installations
• route exterior cables and wiring
• use power and hand tools safely
• diagnose and resolve networking issues
• address customer questions
• maintain installation and repair records
• follow safety and quality standards
• collaborate with two-person teams for larger installations as needed.
