Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator role is onsite in Vineyard, UT, with a stated starting pay of $18.00 per hour. The position supports Screenplay Shirts’ production operation by keeping products moving accurately into and out of the facility. The coordinator receives and verifies incoming products, prepares customer orders for shipment, maintains an organized work area, and works with customers, drivers, production, and office teams to help orders move on time.

What you'll do

• Receive, count, and verify incoming apparel and other products
• enter receipts into the computer system
• identify discrepancies
• organize incoming orders for production
• load and unload deliveries
• operate a forklift when needed
• package and ship completed orders
• create labels
• maintain the shipping and receiving area
• manage Will Call pickups
• communicate with customers, drivers, and coworkers
• research discrepancies.
