What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, toileting, continence care, mobility, transfers, and meals
• measure and record vital signs
• observe and report changes in condition or behavior
• complete ordered tasks within scope
• document care
• communicate between shifts
• assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and dining support
• maintain supplies and clean shared equipment
• follow safety and infection-control protocols.
