What you'll do

• Assist patients with feeding, bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Take and record vital signs, report changes to the hospice team, provide medication reminders and emotional support, maintain a clean and safe environment, and document care in accordance with company policies and HIPAA standards.
• Travel to patient homes for consistent care within the service area.
