What you'll do

• Clean, grind, and mask surfaces
• apply primers and industrial coatings by spray, brush, or roller
• inspect coating thickness, uniformity, and defects
• mix coatings to job specifications
• maintain painting equipment and spray booths
• follow PPE and confined-space procedures
• document work and materials
• collaborate with welders, fabricators, and quality teams.
