Bartender

The Bartender role is onsite in Longview, TX. Compensation is $2.13–$3.13 per hour. Cargo seeks to provide guests with a welcoming and enjoyable beverage service experience. The bartender prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, supports responsible alcohol service, and handles guest orders and payments. The role also maintains bar cleanliness and supplies and assists with inventory reporting.

What you'll do

• Greet guests and take drink orders
• recommend beverages
• mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to recipes and preferences
• verify legal drinking age
• process payments
• maintain and restock the bar
• monitor patrons
• report low-stock items
• follow health, safety, and sanitation rules.
