DevOps Engineer — Hybrid

The DevOps Engineer role is hybrid in San Antonio, TX, with an average of two to three days per week at the customer site and most work conducted remotely. Compensation is not specified. Phoenix Operations Group’s engineering team supports mission-critical software and national cyber resources. The role builds and maintains automated DevSecOps pipelines and cloud and edge infrastructure so applications can be built, tested, hardened, packaged, and deployed reliably. It works with development teams to improve infrastructure availability, performance, and deployment processes across cloud platforms and operational environments.

What you'll do

• Support AWS and on-premises or portable edge infrastructure
• automate deployments
• manage Kubernetes containers and AWS infrastructure
• integrate applications with infrastructure
• monitor and troubleshoot production systems
• improve reliability, scalability, availability, and performance
• research technologies and recommend solutions. Requires current TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship.
