Human Resources Business Partner — Part-Time

What you'll do

• Administer recruitment, onboarding, benefits, leave, employee relations, HR records, and HRIS processes
• answer employee and public inquiries
• conduct orientations
• support drug and alcohol program compliance
• recruit and interview candidates
• advise employees and managers on HR policies
• investigate employment matters
• maintain personnel records
• collaborate with payroll
• support labor relations and training.
