What you'll do

• Direct HR department operations, workflow, priorities, and service delivery
• oversee agency-wide recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts
• advise managers on employee relations, performance concerns, investigations, corrective action, and policy interpretation
• oversee personnel records, background checks, leave, accommodations, and workforce compliance
• administer compensation and benefits programs and HRIS
• coordinate training and performance evaluation processes
• develop HR reports and workforce metrics
• supervise and develop HR staff.

Why this role
