Maintenance Manager

What you'll do

• Lead and support the Technical Team
• manage priorities and resolve critical issues
• oversee maintenance of machinery, equipment, molds, and utilities
• ensure compliance with functional, safety, and regulatory requirements
• manage suppliers and consultants
• collaborate with Production and Quality
• maintain critical spare-parts availability and optimize replenishment
• prepare technical reports and maintenance records
• maintain workshop safety and organization.
