Nutritional Health Coach

Nutritional Health Coach is an onsite role in Heber, UT, based in a retail store. Pay is $24 per hour. The role supports Natural Grocers’ mission to improve community health and wellbeing and promote a sustainable, regenerative food system. The coach provides science-based nutrition education to customers, store crew, and the community through classes, individual coaching, outreach, and staff training. The position also contributes to store operations, including customer service, stocking, merchandising, and cleaning in the vitamin department and store.

What you'll do

• Provide nutrition education and one-on-one health coaching
• conduct in-store and outreach classes and recipe demonstrations
• train crew and maintain wellness resources
• build community relationships and seek outreach opportunities
• assist customers in vitamin aisles
• stock and merchandise products
• maintain literature and book areas
• assist with cleaning and company events.
