The Technical Recruiter role is onsite in San Francisco, CA. Compensation is not specified. The recruiter partners with Filevine's research and development organization across Software Engineering, Reliability/SRE, QA, and Product Management. The role exists to source, engage, and hire technical professionals who help scale engineering and product teams and accelerate the company's product roadmap. It owns the recruiting process from intake through offer acceptance while maintaining a responsive candidate experience and close hiring-manager partnership.

What you'll do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering and Product roles
• source diverse candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other strategies
• align role requirements and timelines with hiring managers
• conduct initial technical screenings
• maintain candidate communication and feedback loops
• keep Lever ATS records current
• partner with hiring managers and HR on offers and closing conversations.
