What you'll do

• Maintain clinical nutrition documentation and accurate assessments and progress notes
• participate in interdisciplinary care planning and communicate resident concerns
• involve residents and families in care goals
• coordinate regular and therapeutic menus with the Food Service Director or Manager
• provide menu feedback
• monitor food temperatures, quality, and meal and nourishment distribution
• assist with diet orders, tray cards, admission diet histories, food service inspections, survey processes, purchasing, and nutrition-services employee training.
