What you'll do

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
• coordinate sales forecasts and budgets and monitor progress toward revenue and profitability objectives
• prospect for business and assess customer engineering and manufacturing needs
• cultivate customer relationships and manage expectations
• prepare and negotiate requests for quotation and proposals with manufacturing groups
• follow up on quotes
• review sales orders and change orders for accuracy and update the ERP system
• coordinate engineering changes and customer concerns
• mentor other Account Executives
• participate in sales meetings.
