What you'll do

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, contractor activities, and project work
• manage work orders in the CMMS
• track emergency and corrective work
• improve preventive maintenance programs
• review equipment performance
• coordinate across departments and contractors
• maintain asset records, plans, task lists, bills of material, and standards
• generate maintenance reports
• monitor spending
• support audits and food safety compliance
• and contribute to improvement projects.
