What you'll do

• Program, set up, and operate Mazak Integrex turn-mill platforms, including simultaneous five-axis machining
• manage multiple machines when appropriate
• own parts from programming and fixturing through prove-out, first article, and production
• support rapid-turn R&D and prototypes
• refine machining strategies
• apply GD&T
• support first article inspections and AS9100D processes
• maintain documentation
• and improve tooling, fixturing, and machining efficiency.
