What you'll do

• Assess participant strengths, skills, interests, barriers, goals, and service needs
• translate military experience into civilian workforce skills
• develop and update Individual Employment Plans
• provide career coaching, job-search guidance, resume development, and interview preparation
• manage caseloads and referrals
• coordinate supportive services and post-placement follow-up
• maintain accurate confidential records
• build employer and community partnerships
• participate in outreach, job fairs, workshops, and hiring events
• track outcomes and support reporting and compliance.
