The Shift Leader role is onsite in Edmond, OK, with pay of $15–$19 per hour. Cheba Hut Toasted Subs serves guests through its restaurant team. The shift leader supervises the crew and sets expectations for food quality, safety, cleanliness, and customer experience. By coaching staff, coordinating shift execution, and monitoring service and labor targets, the role supports consistent restaurant operations.

What you'll do

• Uphold standards for atmosphere, cleanliness, interaction, and product quality
• lead, motivate, and coach the crew
• complete the shift plan and assign team positions
• respond to busy periods or staffing shortages
• prepare and stock food safely, complete line checks, follow FIFO, and maintain waste logs
• ensure order accuracy and ticket times
• meet SPMH and labor targets
• communicate with shop leadership.
