Customer Service Representative

What you'll do

• Respond to complex customer inquiries
• verify and process customer orders and coordinate delivery with the warehouse
• review referred claims or appeals issues and complaints
• research underlying causes and corrective actions
• identify and report potential fraud and abuse
• examine and process claims or non-medical appeals according to applicable regulations and guidelines
• recommend procedure and policy improvements.
