What you'll do

• Develop supply chain strategy and forecast material demand
• manage risks for specialty products with long lead times
• build manufacturer relationships
• oversee procurement and negotiate with manufacturers and distributors
• coordinate project logistics, warehouse deliveries, and inventory across five locations
• manage equipment and fleet budgets, maintenance, and rental programs
• standardize material workflows and implement procurement systems
• develop budgets and cost-reduction strategies
• coordinate cost coding and forecasting
• lead and mentor procurement and logistics teams
• establish performance expectations and KPIs.
