What you'll do

• Manage behavioral health services and Salem clinic operations

• ensure clinical documentation and practices meet regulatory standards
• maintain clinic policies and procedures
• complete insurance credentialing
• coordinate client care and high-risk reviews
• facilitate quality assurance meetings
• respond to grievances and on-call emergencies
• review financial statements and budgets
• support grant writing and program marketing
• travel locally.
