Program Director

Job overview

The Program Director role is onsite in Allen, Texas. Pay is $17–$20 per hour. Brain Balance of Allen provides individualized programs for children and works with families to track progress. The director oversees program delivery, monitors children’s progress, and leads family progress meetings. The role also trains and mentors coaches, audits sessions, and works with the Center Director to support program quality and center goals.

What you'll do

• Oversee individualized programming and consistent delivery of program standards
• review assessment data and monitor student progress
• lead family progress meetings
• supervise, train, and mentor coaches and staff
• conduct program and session audits
• communicate with families
• collaborate on center goals and track key metrics
• maintain documentation, attendance, enrollment, CRM updates, equipment, schedules, and resources.
