Project Accountant

What you'll do

• Provide project financial reporting support and consultation
• review contract requirements and establish projects in the ERP system
• maintain client-specific invoicing and compliance knowledge
• monitor project schedules and budgets
• monitor supplier invoices and assist with purchase-order management
• process client invoices, payment vouchers, employee expense reports, and project assignment requests
• coordinate timely billing and payment
• prepare and distribute financial reports
• assist with cost estimates for proposals and project pursuits
• provide administrative and accounting support.
