What you'll do

• Provide customer service in person and by phone, including during high-stress situations
• manage lobby flow, address concerns, calm distressed owners, and schedule appointments
• handle basic medical emergencies for pets and owners
• assist with medication pickups and inquiries
• enter and manage data in practice management software, including billing and accounts
• assist with retail sales, weighing pets, faxes, and records
• reconcile the cash drawer and complete end-of-day duties.
