Certified Home Health Aide

Job overview

The Certified Home Health Aide role is an onsite, traveling position serving patients in their homes and care facilities in the Carmel and Indianapolis area; the office is in Carmel, IN. Pay is $18.50–$23 per hour. Optimal Care provides home health and hospice services focused on personalized, compassionate care and quality of life.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, meals, mobility, and other daily activities
• work with patients, families, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• support individualized care plans
• monitor patient well-being
• and reinforce routines that promote recovery and independence. Travel daily within the service area and participate in a weekend on-call rotation.
