• keep candidates informed
• communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders
• use data and process improvements to strengthen recruitment
• manage multiple requisitions and priorities.

Why this role

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. At least two years of recruiting experience, particularly in manufacturing or related industries, is required.
