What you'll do

• Support attorneys through all stages of plaintiff-side litigation
• draft pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, correspondence, and legal documents
• assist with discovery and document production
• prepare minor’s compromises for attorney review
• file court documents and track deadlines
• maintain calendars and case files
• gather and review evidence
• communicate with clients and coordinate with case participants
• prepare materials for hearings, mediations, depositions, arbitrations, and trial.
