What you'll do

• Originate and manage a commercial loan portfolio totaling up to $100 million
• interview applicants and prepare loan documents
• collect and analyze credit information
• recommend or approve loans within authority
• negotiate credit terms, repayment schedules, and collateral
• advise members on business and financial matters
• monitor borrower creditworthiness, delinquencies, and cash flow
• develop commercial loan and deposit business
• provide leadership and staff development.
